Fees are based on typical properties  located within our service area.  Additional fees may apply for complex properties, or properties located outside our typical service area.  Atypical properties will be a case by case basis.

     e) Land Appraisal                                                                                         $300

     g) 2075 Exterior                                                                                            $125

     h) 442 Final Inspection                                                                                  $75

     i) Appraisal Update (formerly re-certification of value)                                    $100

     j) Upgrade from 2055 Exterior to 2055 Interior                                                $50
